These terms govern the purchase and use of digital products published by ARDUSS GROUP LLC.
1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing any product offered on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not complete a purchase.
2. Products and delivery
All products sold by ARDUSS GROUP LLC are digital publications delivered in PDF format. There are no physical goods and no shipping. Access to the purchased material is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, through the account created on our payment and delivery platform.
Access to purchased material is permanent. You may download the file as many times as you wish for personal use.
3. License of use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the material for your own individual use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, upload, or otherwise make the material available to third parties, in whole or in part, in any format, with or without commercial purpose.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Whop, a third-party ecommerce and payment platform where ARDUSS GROUP LLC is the registered merchant. Payment details, including card data, are collected and handled by the payment processor and its providers. ARDUSS GROUP LLC does not collect, process, or store payment card information.
Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion rates or additional fees over which we have no control.
5. Intellectual property
All content published on this website and within our products — including text, layout, illustrations, cover art, and trademarks — is the property of ARDUSS GROUP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to the buyer other than the license of use described in section 3.
6. Disclaimer
Our products are educational and informational materials. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or any other kind of professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.
