How we collect, use, and protect the information involved in a purchase.
1. Information we collect
When you purchase one of our products, we receive your name, email address, and transaction details (product purchased, amount, date, and order reference). This information is collected through our payment platform at the moment of purchase, not directly by this website. This website does not host forms, user accounts, or logins.
If you contact us by email, we also receive the information you choose to include in your message.
2. How we use it
We use this information solely to: process your purchase; deliver the product you bought; provide customer support; handle refund requests; and send communications strictly related to your order. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Payment data
ARDUSS GROUP LLC does not collect, process, or store credit or debit card numbers or any other payment credentials. All payment data is handled directly by our payment platform and its processors, under their own security standards.
4. Third parties
We share the minimum information necessary with two categories of service providers: our ecommerce and payment platform (Whop), which processes the transaction and delivers the product, and our email provider, which we use to answer support requests.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed only where required by law or by a competent authority.
5. Data retention
Transaction records are retained for as long as necessary to provide access to purchased products, handle support and refunds, and comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations in the United States. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from the last message.
6. User rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for its correction, or request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@ardussgroup.online from the email address used for the purchase. We respond within 30 days.
Please note that deleting your data may end your access to previously purchased material, and that we may need to retain certain transaction records to meet legal obligations.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. No cookies are set for marketing or profiling purposes. Our payment platform may set its own cookies during checkout, on its own domain and under its own privacy policy.
