A 7-day refund window on every purchase, no complicated process.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If the material does not meet your expectations, write to contact@ardussgroup.online within 7 days with your order number and we will process a full refund.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method via our payment platform, and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
- Write to contact@ardussgroup.online from the email address used for the purchase.
- Include your order number and the name of the product.
- We confirm receipt within 24 business hours and process the refund from there.
